Department job responsibilities:

1. Technical Support and Implementation

- Responsible for the daily maintenance and technical support of production equipment and process technology

- Participate in the debugging and trial production of new products and new processes

- Solve technical problems in the production process and provide on-site technical guidance

2. Process Improvement

- Assist engineers in process optimization and improvement

- Collect production data and participate in technical analysis

- Execute process change verification work

3. Document Management

- Prepare and revise technical operation procedures (SOP)

- Maintain technical documents, drawings, etc.

- Make technical data records and archive them

4. Equipment Management

- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance

- Assist in equipment maintenance and upkeep work

- Record equipment operation conditions

5. Other Work

- Participate in technical training and exchanges

- Assist in completing technical project applications

- Complete other technical tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

1. Education and Major

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electronics, automation, chemical engineering, etc.

- Outstanding graduates may be considered

2. Professional Skills

- Familiar with drawing software such as AutoCAD

- Have basic knowledge of mechanics/electronics

- Can understand technical drawings and process documents

- Those with PLC foundation are preferred

3. Work Experience

- More than 1 year of relevant technical position experience

- Those with internship experience in technical positions in manufacturing industry are preferred

4. Personal Qualities

- Strong learning ability, good at technical research

- Work seriously and meticulously, with strong sense of responsibility

- Have good communication and coordination skills

- Salary range: 5000 - 8000 yuan per month (subject to negotiation based on experience)
