Production Workshop Operator Recruitment Information

Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations

- Complete assembly, processing or packaging operations on the production line in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)

- Be responsible for the daily operation and simple maintenance of production equipment

- Complete the production tasks for the current shift and ensure production output meets the standards

2. Quality Control

- Strictly follow process quality standards

- Conduct first-piece inspection and self-inspection during the process

- Report quality issues in the production process in a timely manner

3. On-site Management

- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S management requirements

- Use and maintain production tools and personal protective equipment correctly

- Complete production records and shift handover work

4. Safe Production

- Comply with safety production regulations

- Operate production equipment correctly and avoid

- Participate in safety training and emergency drills

Requirements：

1. Basic Conditions

- 18-45 years old， with a junior high school degree or above

- Healthy， able to adapt to standing work and shift work

- Candidates with manufacturing experience are preferred

2. Skill Requirements

- Be able to understand simple process drawings or operation instructions

- Have basic manual operation skills

- Candidates with experience on assembly lines are preferred

3. Work Attitude

- Hardworking and resilient, with strong sense of responsibility

- Compliant with management, good team spirit

- Able to adapt to overtime and shift work schedules

Salary Structure:

- Basic salary + performance bonus (monthly salary ranging from 4,500 to 6,500 yuan)

- Overtime pay is paid according to national standards
