Job responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System Construction
- Responsible for establishing and improving the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international/industry standards such as ISO 9001;
- Develop and optimize quality management systems, processes, and operation guidelines, and supervise their implementation;
- Lead internal quality audits and external certification audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
2. Quality Supervision and Control
- Supervise quality control during the production process to ensure that raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products meet quality standards;
- Organize quality anomaly analysis, lead the handling of non-conforming products and improvement measures;
- Analyze quality data (such as defect rate, customer complaint rate) and submit quality reports regularly.
3. Supplier and Customer Quality Management
- Participate in supplier evaluation, supervise incoming material inspection, and promote supplier quality improvement;
- Handle customer quality complaints, lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA);
- Cooperate with sales, R&D departments to complete customer factory inspection and quality agreement signing.
4. Team Management
- Lead the quality inspection team (IQC, IPQC, OQC), set assessment goals and train and enhance skills;
- Coordinate cross-departmental (production, R&D, procurement) to solve quality problems and promote continuous improvement.
5. Quality Improvement Projects
- Promote quality improvement projects such as lean production and Six Sigma, to reduce quality costs;
- Introduce advanced quality management tools (such as SPC, FMEA, PDCA) to enhance quality levels.
Requirements:
1. Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quality management, mechanical, electronics, chemical, etc.;
- Hold an ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate, and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are preferred.
2. Work Experience
- 5 years of manufacturing quality management experience, 3 years of team management experience;
- Familiar with industry quality standards (such as automotive industry IATF 16949, medical device GMP, etc.).
3. Professional Skills
- Proficient in quality control tools such as the seven QC methods, 8D reports, and 5Why analysis;
- Skilled in using quality inspection equipment and data analysis software (such as Minitab);
- Possess strong cross-departmental communication and project management abilities.
4. Personal Qualities
- Strong principles, with a risk awareness and a rigorous work attitude;
- Clear logic, capable of independently solving complex quality issues;
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and able to withstand pressure. Benefits and allowances
- Salary range: 12K - 20K per month (Competent candidates can negotiate directly) + Performance bonus (0.5 - 3 months' salary);

- Five-day working schedule (8:30 - 17:30), flexible overtime and compensatory leave;
