Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Formulate the company's international trade development strategy, expand overseas markets, optimize sales channels, and increase market share;
2. Team Management: Lead the foreign trade team, set sales targets, supervise implementation, and ensure team performance is achieved;
3. Customer Development: Lead negotiations with major customers, maintain core customer relationships, and explore emerging markets (such as Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc.);
4. Trade Compliance: Be familiar with international trade laws and regulations (such as WTO rules, anti-dumping policies, tariff barriers, etc.) to ensure the company's business compliance;
5. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate procurement, production, logistics and other departments to optimize the international supply chain, reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency;
6. Risk Management: Assess international trade risks (exchange rates, policies, credit risks, etc.) and formulate response strategies;
7. Market Analysis: Study industry trends and competitor dynamics, adjust market strategies, and enhance the company's international competitiveness;
8. Exhibitions and Business Negotiations: Represent the company in international exhibitions and business negotiations to promote cooperation on major projects.
Job requirements:
1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, majors in international trade, international business, economics, MBA and other related majors are preferred;
2. Work experience:
- More than 5 years of international trade work experience, more than 3 years of team management experience;
- Successful cases of independently developing overseas markets and operating bulk trade projects;
3. Professional skills:
- Proficient in international trade processes (letter of credit, D/P, D/A and other settlement methods);
- Familiar with cross-border e-commerce (such as Amazon, Alibaba International Station) or traditional foreign trade B2B model;
- Strong business negotiation skills and fluent English (can be used as working language);
- Proficient in using ERP, CRM systems and data analysis tools;
4. Core qualities:
- Strategic thinking, high market sensitivity, and the ability to formulate long-term business plans;
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure;
- Adapt to overseas business trips (1-3 months per year).

Monthly salary: 15K-30K (negotiable depending on qualifications and ability) + high commission/year-end bonus;
