International Trade Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development, maintenance and customer relationship management of the company's international trade business, and the development of overseas markets;

2. Execute import and export trade processes, including inquiry, quotation, contract signing, order tracking, logistics coordination and payment settlement;

3. Familiar with international trade rules (such as INCOTERMS, letters of credit, etc.), handle customs declaration, inspection, document preparation and other related work;

4. Track international market demand and industry trends, analyze competitors, and formulate market expansion strategies;

5. Coordinate the company's internal production, logistics, finance and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders;

6. Handle international trade disputes, safeguard the company's interests, and reduce trade risks;

7. Participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions, develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.

Job requirements:

1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, business English, marketing, economics is preferred;

2. Work experience:

- Fresh graduates must have relevant internship experience;

- Those with 1-3 years of international trade or foreign trade business experience are preferred;

3. Skill requirements:

- English CET-6 or above, proficient in business negotiations and email exchanges;

- Familiar with international trade processes, import and export policies and foreign trade documents (such as B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.);

- Proficient in using Office software, familiar with ERP or CRM system is preferred;

4. Quality requirements:

- Have good market analysis, negotiation and communication skills;

- Strong sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to short-term business trips or overseas exhibitions;

- Have a team spirit, clear logic and strong execution.
