Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the annual sales plan for the region under jurisdiction, and completing the sales targets issued by the company
- Develop regional markets, develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Regularly visit key customers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships
2. Team Management
- Establish and manage regional sales teams and set team sales targets
- Responsible for business training, performance appraisal and daily management of team members
- Guide team members to carry out sales work and improve the overall performance of the team
3. Market Analysis
- Collect and analyze regional market information, grasp industry trends and competitors
- Adjust sales strategies in time according to market changes
- Submit market analysis reports and sales forecasts regularly
4. Operation Management
- Coordinate internal resources of the company to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Supervise the recovery of payment and control the risk of accounts receivable
- Handle customer complaints and emergencies
Job Requirements:
1. Basic Conditions
- College degree or above, marketing, business administration and other related majors
- More than 5 years of sales experience, more than 3 years of regional management experience
- Those with relevant industry resources are preferred
2. Professional skills
- Familiar with domestic market operation mode and sales channel management
- Strong market analysis and business negotiation skills
- Proficient in office software and CRM system
3. Personal qualities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to frequent business trips
- Goal-oriented, strong results awareness
