Job Responsibilities: 

1. Operation strategy formulation: Responsible for the overall operation planning of the company's online business (official website, e-commerce platforms, social media, etc.), formulate monthly/annual operation goals and drive their implementation; 

2. Traffic growth and conversion: Optimize SEO/SEM and information flow advertising placement strategies to increase website traffic and user conversion rates. 

3. Content operation: Coordinate the content team, plan and execute brand promotion, event marketing, and bestseller creation plans, etc. 

4. Data Analysis: Monitor operational data (UV/PV, ROI, GMV, etc.), regularly produce analysis reports, and optimize operational strategies. 

5. User operation: Build a user growth system (including membership, communities, private domain traffic, etc.), and enhance user activity and repurchase rates. 

6. Platform Management: Lead the operation and management of e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin, coordinating design, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency. 

7. Competitor Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor strategies, and adjust operation plans in a timely manner to maintain market competitiveness. 

8. Team Management: Cultivate and lead the operation team, set KPIs and supervise their implementation, and enhance the professional capabilities of the team. 


Job Requirements: 

1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, e-commerce, computer science or related fields is preferred. 

2. Work Experience: 

Over 5 years of experience in network operation and over 2 years of team management experience. 

Those who have independently managed e-commerce projects with monthly sales of over one million yuan or operated with traffic of over ten million are preferred. 

3. Core Skills: 

Proficient in the operation rules of mainstream e-commerce platforms (such as Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, etc.) and social media (such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat). 

Familiar with SEO/SEM, information flow advertising (Baidu, Google, etc.) placement and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SenceTime Data, etc.); 

Have practical experience in user growth and private domain traffic operation (such as communities, live streaming, viral marketing, etc.) 

Proficient in using tools such as Excel, PPT, and mind mapping software, capable of independently completing the writing of operation plans. 

4. Qualification Requirements: 

Result-oriented, sensitive to data, with strong business logic and planning capabilities; 

Strong ability to withstand pressure, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment, and possessing cross-departmental coordination skills. 

Have an innovative mindset and maintain a keen awareness of internet hotspots and emerging operation methods (such as AI marketing and short-video product promotion).

Salary range: 8K - 10K per month (negotiable for outstanding candidates) + performance bonus (0.5 - 3 months' salary).
