| Diatomite earth functional filler is a high-quality additive widely used in industries such as fertilizers, coatings, plastics, rubber abrasives, ceramics, polishing materials, and centrifugal casting release agents.The filler is produced from diatomite ore with an SiO₂ content exceeding 85%. The ore undergoes drying, crushing, pre-sorting, and calcination in a dynamic rotary kiln without any additional materials. The calcination process is conducted at temperatures between 850–1150°C. The final product is refined using classifiers and further processed with an air-jet mill and grading equipment.Storage & Handling Requirements:Must be protected from rain, moisture, sunlight, and corrosive substances.Should be stored on pallets or moisture-proof felt boards to avoid direct contact with the ground.Stacking height must not exceed 30 layers.During transportation, measures must be taken to prevent moisture exposure, and it must not be shipped alongside polluting, corrosive, or sharp metal objects.Handling must be done carefully—avoid dropping from heights or using metal hooks to prevent packaging damage.This filler ensures high purity, thermal stability, and chemical resistance, making it an ideal choice for enhancing material performance in various industrial applications. | |
