Warehouse Loader/Loader Recruitment Information

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cargo Loading and Unloading

- Be responsible for the loading, unloading, stacking and sorting of goods in the warehouse;

- Classify and store goods as required, ensuring they are neatly arranged and clearly labeled;

- Assist with the movement of large quantities of goods using forklifts, stackers, etc.

2. Inbound and Outbound Assistance

- Verify the quantity and specifications of goods against the documents, and assist in completing the inbound and outbound registration;

- Ensure that the goods are not damaged or lost during the loading and unloading process;

- Assist the warehouse manager in inventory counting.

3. On-site Management

- Keep the working area clean and follow 5S management standards;

- Use and maintain loading tools correctly (such as pallets, hand trucks, etc.);

- Report any abnormalities during the loading process (such as damaged goods, packaging issues).

4. Safe Operations

- Strictly follow warehouse safety operating procedures and wear personal protective equipment;

- Cooperate in completing fire safety inspections and emergency drills.

Requirements:

1. Basic Qualifications

- Age 18-50 years old, healthy, able to adapt to physical labor;

- High school education or above, preferred with warehouse or logistics experience;

- No fear of heights, back or leg injuries that affect the loading work.

2. Skills Requirements

- Be proficient in using basic loading tools (such as hand trucks, stackers);

- Have a forklift operation certificate or be able to drive a forklift;

- Have basic ability to classify goods and identify labels.

3. Work Attitude

- Hardworking and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility;

- Willing to follow instructions and possess a team spirit;

- Capable of adapting to overtime and shift work (if necessary).

Benefits and Wages:

Salary Structure:

- Basic Salary: 6,500 - 9,500 yuan per month (piece-rate/ hourly system, more work, more pay);

- Overtime Pay: Paid in accordance with national regulations;

- Attendance Bonus: 200 - 300 yuan per month.

Social Security Benefits:

- Pay for work-related injury insurance and accident insurance;

- Those with outstanding performance can be promoted to warehouse manager or forklift driver and be covered by five social insurances.

- Morning shift: 8:00 - 17:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break);
