Job responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Design
- Responsible for the research and development of new products/new technologies, including scheme design, feasibility analysis, and implementation verification
- Lead the design of product structure, functions, and processes, complete 3D modeling, engineering drawing, and BOM formulation
- Use simulation analysis tools (such as ANSYS, ADAMS, etc.) for design optimization
2. Technology Development and Innovation
- Track industry technological trends, conduct pre-research on new technologies and patent layout
- Lead innovation research and development projects for materials, processes, or technologies
- Participate in the formulation of industry technical standards and academic exchanges
3. Project Management
- Develop research plans, control project progress, cost, and quality
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources, promote the industrialization of research results
- Be responsible for the compilation of research documents and the archiving of technical files
4. Technical Support
- Solve technical problems in product development and production processes
- Provide technical support to marketing, production, and other departments
- Participate in customer technical对接and demand analysis
Qualifications:
1. Education and Major
- Master's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, etc.
- Candidates with doctoral degree or overseas R&D experience are preferred
2. Work Experience
- 3 years or more of relevant R&D experience
- Candidates with complete product development project experience are preferred
- Candidates with R&D experience in high-tech enterprises are preferred
3. Professional Skills
- Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD
- Familiar with product development processes and R&D management systems
- Capable of applying engineering methods such as DFMEA and DOE
- Fluent in English (above level 6), able to read and write technical documents proficiently
4. Personal Qualities
- Strong innovative consciousness, with technical acumen
- Clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving ability
- Good project management and teamwork skills

Salary range: 15,000 - 30,000 yuan per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
